The position involves creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. The individual will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return. Responsibilities include assisting the Customer 1st Manager in reaching sales and profit goals for the department and monitoring all established quality assurance standards. The role also involves directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the Front-end department, supporting day-to-day operations, and executing best practices and goals established for the department. Additionally, the individual will accept full responsibility for the operation of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Customer 1st Manager. Embracing the Customer 1st strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others is essential.
