JOB SUMMARY: The Greeter / Patient Access Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and guests. This role plays a critical part in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment by greeting patients warmly, assisting with navigation throughout the facility, answering general questions, and ensuring patients arrive at their appointments smoothly and on time. This position requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to assist patients with varying mobility and support needs. This is a full-time role. Days & Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift. Ability to assist patients with wheelchairs or light mobility support.
