Being a member of our Front Desk Team is the place for you! Create a memorable stay from reservation to check-out, and help guests enjoy the area with your personal recommendations. Our hotel is looking for a friendly and professional front desk agent who can provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a quick learner, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be reliable and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries or requests
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Process payments and handle cash, credit, and debit card
• Manage the operations of the front desk including check in and check out
• Assist guests with reservations
• Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Complete daily reports and balance cash drawers
• Follow all hotel procedures and policies
