About The Position
Wytheville Community College (WCC) is seeking a Front Desk Support Specialist at the WCC Crossroads site. The Front Desk Support Specialist will provide the needed guidance to patrons of WCC Crossroads in Galax, Virginia. This position will also serve as the liaison between lessees of WCC Crossroads and the WCC Real Estate Foundation. Other duties will include but not be limited to providing administrative support to both the Vice President and Dean of Workforce Development and Occupational Programs. This position will also be responsible for processing all bills related to the day-to-day operations of WCC Crossroads.
