About The Position

Embassy Suites Brookfield is seeking a talented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. Open availability (1st, 2nd and 3rd shift) with a core schedule of Tuesday through Saturday second shift. Schedule may fluctuate depending on hotel needs. The Front Desk Supervisor is key to the overall experience of our guests ---- leading the team who makes the first and last impression of our hotel for all of our guests. If you have a solid knowledge of hotel operations, strong people skills and work ethic, a positive and encouraging management style, and last but not least, a propensity for creativity and flair, this role is perfect for you! What you will be doing: Supervises the front desk, hotel lobby and a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests. Oversees all aspects of managing the Guest Services team including hiring, training and performance management. Acts as liaison among multiple hotel departments and overall hotel operations. Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of training and working within hotel brand standards.
  • Ability to optimize guest satisfaction.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Minimum of 2 years Guest Services and supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Hotel experience preferred.
