About The Position

The DoubleTree by Hilton Abilene Downtown Convention Center is currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team! In this role you will Provide guidance and leadership as the Front Office Supervisor and ensure consistent quality of customer service is provided to all guests in accordance with Hilton standards Conveniently appointed in direct proximity to the convention center in downtown Abilene, this brand-new property is sure to be the talk of the town! Boasting 200 guest rooms, 23,000 square feet of banquet space and 3 unique food and beverage outlets - 2 restaurants, a marketplace and in-room dining! This is a Full-Time position, candidates must have availability to work a flexible scheduled to include Mornings, Mid shift, Evenings, weekends & Holidays. Some overnights may be required. Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and leadership as the Front Office Supervisor and ensure consistent quality of customer service is provided to all guests in accordance with Hilton standards
  • Oversees front desk operations.
  • Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
  • Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
  • Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
  • Resolves customer complaints.
  • Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
