Role The Front Desk Supervisor supports the Front Desk Manager in overseeing daily front office operations, with a focus on leading Guest Assistants and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role plays a key part in maintaining seamless arrivals and departures, upholding Aman service standards, and fostering a culture of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Previous front office or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Front Desk Manager in daily front office operations and team supervision.
  • Ensure all guest needs are met with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Oversee front desk readiness, including arrivals, departures, billing accuracy, and room allocations.
  • Coordinate with Guest Assistants to ensure all daily operational requirements are prepared and executed.
  • Engage with guests regularly to enhance their experience and build meaningful connections.
  • Communicate key information regarding guests, operations, and daily activities to leadership.
  • Act as Manager on Duty for the front desk in the absence of the Front Desk Manager.
  • Review upcoming arrivals, departures, and staffing levels to ensure operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Observe, coach, and develop Guest Assistants to elevate service standards and guest interaction.
