About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Aloft Dallas Downtown. In this role, you will lead and supervise the front desk team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems and reservation software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Train and coach front desk agents on guest services and hotel policies
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Manage front desk staff scheduling and performance
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and hotel occupancy
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
