Your day to day: Front Desk Supervisor manages all aspects of the day-to-day operation, duties may include scheduling employees, monitoring performances, and recommending or initiating corrective actions and coaching. Ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and resources to complete the job effectively. Ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and are greeted properly upon arrival. Communicate and assist in achieving departmental guest satisfaction, revenue, and profit goals. Ensure procedures are followed for security of monies, credit, and financial transactions, and guest security. Interact with outside vendors and all internal departments. Manage labor costs and expenses within department. Assist with back up for PBX/shuttle and concierge positions when necessary.
