Requirements

  • Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience required
  • Supervisory or lead role experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior cash handling experience necessary

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and support front desk staff during shifts
  • Ensure all check-in/check-out procedures are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve escalated issues and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Monitor front desk operations to maintain service standards
  • Assist with scheduling, performance feedback, and team development
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and financial transactions
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Maintain cleanliess and appearence of the front desk area
