About The Position

Coral Beach Resort now hiring a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our evening shift front desk operations. Experience is preferred. Must be flexible to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and the overnight audit shift when needed. Applicant must possess the ability to multi-task; have strong, positive leadership skills and be able to work independently while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage front desk shift operations interacting with guests daily via phone, e-mail and in person. Assisting guests with any concerns in a professional guest-focused manner. Oversee staff assisting with daily routine tasks ensuring proper shift coverage and work flow creating a positive team-oriented work environment Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to: Ensuring accurate guest check in/out procedures on shift and overnight as needed. Daily Cash Drawer and Deposit Communicate guest needs/concerns to appropriate departments to ensure any concerns are handled promptly. Enforce hotel policies, procedures, service standards. Other duties assigned by management.
