About The Position
The Front Desk Supervisor at AC Hotel Waco is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Reception team to ensure exceptional guest service that aligns with brand standards. This position involves training associates, resolving guest issues, managing pre-arrival planning, and handling inventory for the AC Store. The Supervisor will also support Night Audit operations and is primarily scheduled during peak evening hours.
