About The Position

In this role, you will ensure proper staffing levels of front office associates, which includes interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and scheduling front desk agents, front office supervisors, guest service aides/bell staff, concierge staff, and PBX operators. You will have a complete understanding of the Front Office staff's roles and duties and be able to perform these duties at any given time. Additionally, you will accurately manage and operate the MICROS system at the front office, handling all daily transactions, including those that are not performed often. You will also check AM and PM discrepancy reports accurately and communicate with the Housekeeping and Engineering Departments regarding guest rooms, requests, and maintenance needs. Your role will involve efficiently processing guest requests to the appropriate departments and greeting guests cordially, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel, answering questions, and assisting guests with their needs.
