About The Position
Ramblin' Redwoods Campground & RV Park is seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk team for the upcoming camping season! If you enjoy working with people, love the outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we’d love to meet you. We are hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Seasonal Front Desk Staff.
Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Strong customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Basic computer proficiency
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Nice To Haves
- Reservation system experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
- Check guests in and out using reservation software
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries
- Process payments and manage reservations
- Provide information about park amenities, local attractions, and campground policies
- Assist with light retail sales in camp store
- Help resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Perform light administrative and organizational tasks as needed
