About The Position

We are currently seeking Part-time and or Full-time enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Front Desk Staffs in our Parlin and East Brunswick Head Over Heels locations. As a vital part of our office staff, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers and assisting in the smooth operation of our facilities. We are looking for qualified individuals (18 yrs +) who are available afternoons and evenings Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday day shifts. These positions are permanent, year-round roles in our growing company. Only applicants meeting the necessary qualifications and availability will be considered.

Requirements

Positive & enthusiastic personality.
Access to reliable transportation and the ability to commute to one or more of our 4 locations.
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and other similar programs.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Part-time roles require availability from 4 PM to 9 PM on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
Full-time roles require varied availability 9AM to 9PM on weekdays and Saturday mornings.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Prior experience with iClassPro is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to parents, guardians, and visitors.
Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist in the registration process for classes and programs.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain organized records of customer information and class schedules.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
