Ultimately, you're doing your job if campers are having fun, and their safety and well-being are the priority at all times. The main focus of a Front Desk Specialist is to serve as the first point of contact for families, campers, and staff, providing excellent customer service and administrative support throughout the camp day. This position requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, as well as a calm and friendly demeanor. You will work closely with the camp leadership team to manage daily front desk operations, assist with camper logistics, and ensure accurate communication between families and staff. Work is generally June – August, Monday – Friday, as directed by the summer camp schedule each year. Look below for some specific responsibilities and expectations of this position:
