About The Position

HAND & STONE MASSAGE AND FACIAL SPA Do you love self care and want to connect with people to help them improve their health and wellness? Hand & Stone at the West end is seeking client-focused and experienced membership and/or retail sales professionals to join our rapidly growing spa in an upscale shopping district. The Front Desk Spa Sales Associate plays a key role in hosting our clients through a relaxing and rejuvenating experience as well as promoting and marketing the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program as an effective approach to improving health and wellness. This is a commission based role with incentives based on performance. This role would require weekends and evenings.

Requirements

• Excellent customer sales, promoting and customer service skills
• Experience with retail, marketing, and/or membership sales
• Exceptional communication, phone, and presentation skills required
• Ability to truly connect with clients with a passion for helping them achieve their wellness goals
• Ability to book services and proactively manage the scheduling of clients
• Zenoti Software experience a plus!
• Multitasking while maintaining a sense of calm in a busy environment
• Possess a friendly and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Accountable self-starter willing to take initiative
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Work collaboratively and reliably in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Maintaining positive relationships with clientele and service providers
• Educating guests on the importance of regular massages and/or facials as a key aspect of health and wellness
• Driving sales of services, memberships, and gift cards
• Appropriately handling any customer service needs or requests by the clientele
• Effective management of massage or facial appointment scheduling
• Light cleaning and laundry at times
