We have opened the Canyon Ranch Wellness Club + Spa in Fort Worth, Texas, and are hiring our Vitality Suite Front Desk Staff as we build our team. The Vitality Suite is open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, and we need applicants who can work 20-29 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Requirements

• High school diploma
• Excellent customer service skills; friendly demeanor
• Ability to learn processes and operate computer/payment systems
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Medical or wellness background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for reception-oriented duties and providing members with the highest quality of customer service.
• Greeting members and attending to their needs.
• Arranging appointments and taking payment for services.
• Assisting members with equipment and retail products.
• Adhering to Canyon Ranch service standards to provide world-class member/guest service.
• Checking members in and arranging member appointments with a smile.
• Providing members with a beverage while they wait for their service.
• Performing reception desk open/closing duties.
