The Customer Service – Front Desk Representative is responsible for assisting clients at the front desk reception area. The Front Desk Representative also coordinates and organizes appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of reception area. General Summary of Duties: Provides a positive first impression of Kitsap Mental Health Services to clients and visitors by extending a cordial welcome and assisting with needs. Maintains and schedules appointments following agency scheduling policies. Performs patient registration tasks to facilitate customer service. (e.g. schedules patient appointments, takes phone calls, register and update demographics for client accounts). Update client billing information. Process payments and co-payments. Maintain and manage clients records Keeps the lobby entrance tidy (e.g. picks up trash). Alerts housekeeping or maintenance of more extensive needs. Provides direction and wayfinding assistance to clients and visitors In addition to the above, any other responsibilities appropriate to the position and not specifically listed in the job description.
