About The Position

Fueling Success in This Role:
Powermaster Fitness is seeking a high-energy Front Desk Sales Experience Specialist at our flagship location in San Antonio, Texas. This position is part-time, focused on weekend and closing shifts, and plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional service and bold energy our members expect.

As the face of the Powermaster brand, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, owning the front desk experience with confidence, professionalism, and a passion for health and fitness. From welcoming new members to driving personal training interest and retail transactions, you’ll help create a gym environment that’s clean, positive, and powered up.

Requirements

• Outgoing, engaging personality with a passion for fitness and people
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the fitness industry
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn POS software
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk—greet and check in members with a positive, professional attitude.
• Answer phone calls, schedule gym tours, and support member inquiries.
• Book intro personal training sessions and help drive membership interest.
• Learn and operate our POS system for retail, memberships, and transactions (cash and credit)
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performance training space
• Collaborate with other gym personnel and leadership to ensure a smooth member experience
• Take ownership of weekend and closing shifts, ensuring gym operations run efficiently
