About The Position

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and sales-focused Front Desk Sales Associate. Your focus will be on driving day-to-day salon operations with accuracy and efficiency as well as growing revenue through lead conversion, membership conversion, package sales, and providing an excellent customer experience to every guest. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional careers. Finessed over decades with a focus on beautiful, consistent results and the safety of our guests, our curriculum is highly regarded industry-wide and rivals the best in the business.

Requirements

1+ years administrative, sales, and service experience in a salon business.
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication
Strong partnership mindset with owners and stylist team
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work 5 hour shifts Monday - Saturday

Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Responsibilities

Manage bookings, appointment details, and guest communications
Convert incoming leads into new appointments
Convert lash extension customers into new members
Sell "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" ancillary service packages
Give every guest an enthusiastic welcome and provide them with extraordinary customer service
Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Hourly pay is scaled each pay period based on number of new members signed up by the front desk team ($16-$20/hr).
