About The Position

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience . This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership position. Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or related industry).
  • Comfort working with dogs and educating customers on pet health.
  • Proficiency in basic technology and POS systems .
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales by educating dog parents on the benefits of routine wellness care.
  • Proactively engage customers to promote memberships, service add-ons, and retail products.
  • Develop and follow up on leads , converting potential customers into loyal members.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals , including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average ticket price and rebook ratios.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Scenthound services and retail products to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Handle front desk operations , including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer records.
  • Process transactions , manage the cash drawer, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience , addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.
