This position acts as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. Being the prime interface between the hotel services, he or she will check in guests, provide information regarding the Riley Center, and answer questions of visitors. He or she will answer the phone for the Riley Center and transfer clients to proper departments within the Riley Center. He or she welcomes all visitors with a servants attitude. He or she will work 28 hours per week. Applicants should have a flexible schedule being able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position will report directly to the Riley Center General Manager.
