Requirements

Responsibilities

• Checks guest in and out of the hotel following established procedures.
• Acts as hotel cashier, managing accurate record keeping, posting charges, and handling cash payments.
• Informs guests about shows, facilities, services, and room amenities available at Harrah's.
• Attempts to honor special requests for accommodations and presents alternatives when necessary.
• Follows up with guests as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Assists guests with information about local area attractions.
• Answers phone calls professionally and assists guests with questions or concerns.
• Proactively checks reservations for accuracy to ensure seamless service.
• Maintains energy level and attentiveness while standing for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Maintains a clean and spotless work area.
• Offers assistance to guests with luggage when necessary.
