The primary job of the Front Desk Floater is to exceed patient expectations for outstanding customer service while creating a warm and caring environment. Front Desk Floaters are key players in the delivery of quality patient care which leads to great first and last impression to all our patients. Additionally, the Front Desk Floater is expected to cover any callouts, PTO’s or absences, which might require traveling to another site as well as schedule changes to work at least one Saturday a month depending on clinical need. They may also be required from time to time to support in training new FD Floaters, track their progress and report findings/progress/areas of improvement with clinic manager. This role will float between locations in the East LA region on an as-needed basis.
