Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage guest registration and check-out processes while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. You will be the first point of contact for guests, and your ability to communicate effectively and handle various situations with grace will be essential in delivering superior hospitality. In this role, you will be expected to follow all safety and security procedures to protect the well-being of our guests, employees, and assets. You will accurately input guest information during registration, assign rooms according to company processes, and issue room keys. Handling guest requests promptly and effectively will be a key part of your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all shift-end paperwork, including posting charges and balancing cash drawer funds. Your ability to understand and utilize front desk software, as well as manage telephone systems, will be vital. You will take reservations for guests and owners, ensuring that all information is correctly inputted into the resort system. Flexibility in your work schedule will be necessary to meet the business needs of the resort, and you may be asked to perform additional tasks as directed by management.
