About The Position

The Front Desk Receptionist at The Warren Management Group Inc. is responsible for performing clerical tasks to support daily office operations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with limited supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a multi-line switchboard and redirect incoming calls appropriately.
  • Receive notifications from the building receptionist regarding visitors' arrival and greet or escort them as needed.
  • Receive and deliver packages to the appropriate recipients.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing U.S. Mail, including sorting and delivering mail to staff members.
  • Manage the scheduling of the front conference room and classroom, ensuring they are in order before and after use.
  • Prepare directional signage for guests attending meetings.
  • Maintain current client, manager, and phone lists, as well as Association street codes.
  • Complete end-of-month chargeback reports for accounting purposes.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed, despite frequent interruptions.
  • Assist with the ongoing client record conversion project by scanning and saving documents appropriately.
