About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, people-first Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our IV Nutrition wellness clinic in Los Gatos. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, genuinely loves working with people, and is passionate about health and wellness. IV nutrition therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and hydration directly into the bloodstream, allowing for faster absorption and higher bioavailability than oral supplements. These therapies are commonly used to support hydration, energy levels, immune function, recovery, and overall wellness. IV Nutrition enables personalized nutrient delivery based on individual goals, lifestyle, and wellness needs, under clinical supervision. As our Front Desk Receptionist – Wellness, you will be the first point of contact for every client who walks through our door — setting the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing, front desk, or reception role required
  • Comfortable with scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer tools
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
  • Bubbly, upbeat personality with a genuine love for working with people and being part of a team
  • Sales-minded with a consultative, non-pushy approach to memberships and service packages

Nice To Haves

  • Background in a med spa, wellness clinic, fitness studio, salon, or similar wellness environment highly preferred
  • Some clinical or medical background is a strong plus — candidates with CNA, Medical Assistant (MA), Paramedic, or Phlebotomist experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Greet every client warmly, manage check-in and checkout, and ensure a seamless experience start to finish
  • Educate clients on IV Nutrition’s services — drips, injections, blood testing — including benefits and what to expect
  • Conduct clinic tours and present membership and service packages that match each client’s wellness goals
  • Manage the full appointment calendar: booking, confirming, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-up outreach
  • Answer all calls, texts, and voicemails promptly and professionally
  • Process payments, settle accounts, and manage the cash drawer accurately each shift
  • Keep the front desk, waiting area, and client spaces clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
  • Deliver a white-glove client experience that builds long-term trust and loyalty
  • Create a welcoming, calm, and wellness-focused environment
  • Lead by example with ethical behavior, empathy, and professionalism
  • Support client education, retention, and community engagement efforts
