The Front Desk Receptionist & Office Manager supports the team and reports directly to the Operations & Events Manager.You'll help create a welcoming, organized, and inspiring environment for our employees and guests while keeping the day-to-day office operations running smoothly.   • Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and vendors professionally and warmly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Coordinate building maintenance and repairs.
  • Issue new employee equipment (setting up workstations, activating key cards).
