About The Position
Carolina TotalCare in Concord, NC is searching for a friendly and highly organized full-time Front Desk Receptionist - Medical Biller to join our vibrant, patient-centered team. Keep reading to learn more! THE BASICS Pay : This front-facing, multitasking position pays $17.50 – $21.00 per hour , plus monthly bonuses. Schedule : You will work a consistent schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM, with a half-day on Fridays . You will help verify insurance, assist with billing, and occasionally add a creative touch to our internal marketing with a social media post. Throughout the day, you will collaborate closely with our clinical team, ensuring that every patient's experience flows as seamlessly as possible. By the end of the day, you will know that your work has made a real difference in the lives of our patients and your teammates. Requirements
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to be on your feet and active during your shift
- Team player who thrives in a structured yet caring environment
- Outgoing, empathetic, and detail-oriented personality
Nice To Haves
- Medical billing and insurance experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a chiropractic, medical, or dental office is also a plus!
