  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, filing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with inquiries from clients and provide information about services offered.
