Requirements

  • Two-year degree or higher preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and create a welcoming first impression
  • Answer phones and schedule new and existing patients
  • Help keep patients engaged and compliant with their care plans
  • Schedule and coordinate new patient appointments
  • Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure an efficient, fun, and effective patient experience
  • Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment plan
  • Collect patient charges and maintain accurate patient accounts
  • Obtain, record, and update patient personal and financial information
  • Verify patient benefits and insurance information
  • Scan incoming insurance EOBs and assist with claims processing
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and community outreach
  • Complete weekly patient reporting
  • Maintain business office inventory
  • Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Work with the team to keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
