About The Position

As the first and last face our patients see, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. This is more than a front desk job—it’s about building relationships, supporting our providers, and helping patients feel informed, valued, and cared for. This is NOT a seasonal/summer position. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Is mature, reliable, and committed to our mission of beauty on a budget.
• Has a genuine passion for aesthetics and wellness.
• Radiates professionalism and emotional intelligence.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment and loves helping people.
• Is highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Has availability to work every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings from 3pm to close. Fridays and two Sundays a month
• Can begin training January 2nd.

Nice To Haves

• Have prior medspa, healthcare, or front desk experience.
• Are familiar with scheduling software (e.g., Mangomint, Boulevard, or similar)
• Have a great eye for aesthetic branding and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/check out patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Educate patients about services, policies, and pre/post-care when needed.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and support the overall daily rhythm of the clinic.
