JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for efficient and effective patient and telephone reception within the Hospital. Provide courteous greeting and information to all callers. Record messages for medical staff and ensure prompt delivery of message. Be the point of contact for all hospital code and miscellaneous announcements. Greet clients in the reception area. Monitors lobby and exits.
