As a Front Desk Ops Supervisor at Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where everyone is connected by care and inclusivity. A typical day will include processing all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, and form of payment, assigning rooms, and activating/issues room keys. You will accommodate guest requests, contact appropriate staff if necessary, and follow up to ensure requests have been met. Additionally, you will compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists, answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns, and secure valid forms of payment before issuing room keys.
