Project FIND’s mission is to provide low- and moderate-income and homeless seniors with the services and support they need to enrich their lives and live independently. Today Project FIND operates three supportive housing residences that are home to about 600 people and four senior centers with over 3,000 members. Our members and residents range from the healthy and active to the frail and homebound to the homeless. Job Summary: The Front Desk Monitor 2 plays a critical role in the housing program as this position is the first point of contact for both clients , visitors , and vendors . They h e lp coordinate non-clinica l needs of clients by assisting the Front Desk Monitor 1, as well as clients, staff and vendors w ith dail y requests and needs. They also control the front door and assist staff in crisis situations as they occur. It is expected that the Front Desk Monitor 2 provides excellent customer ser v ice at all times. This position also conducts regular tours of the building , monitors activities of the lobby area and completes incident reports , as appropriate.
