About The Position

The Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness is responsible for creating a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This role involves various front desk activities, ensuring the club's cleanliness, and addressing member inquiries effectively.

Requirements

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and facilitate new member sign-ups.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Update member accounts as needed and respond to member questions and concerns.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
