Clinic Location: Psych Atlanta, a Hightop Health Clinic (Roswell) 11755 Pointe Pl a1, Roswell, GA 30076 Hours of Operation: Mon -Thur 8:00am to 5:00pm, Fri 8:00am to 4:00pm Salary Range: $15.00-$18.00/hr  Health Insurance: Medical, dental, vision Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays & 401K Plan

Requirements

  • Previous experience as front desk admin in a medical office
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Athena or a similar EHR preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Schedule appointments for patients and manage the appointment calendar
  • Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Prior Payor Authorizations for Medication Management appointments
  • Perform vital signs measurements such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse and specimen collections as ordered by providers
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
  • Provide medical administrative support such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, collecting co-pays and balance, check patients in/out, patient communications
  • Assist with basic life support procedures when necessary
