About The Position
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and patient-focused Front Desk Professional with a Medical Assistant certificate to join our healthcare team. Requirements
- Medical Assistant certification required
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and scheduling systems

Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments, verify patient information, and manage front desk flow
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Support clinical staff as needed within the scope of your Medical Assistant certification
- Ensure confidentiality at all times
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and team members
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
- Additional duties as assigned by the executive director and/or Nurse Manager
