The Front Desk Manager will not only be our best Front Desk Representative, but will lead our Front Desk team to ensure successful completion of all tasks. Equally important is the emphasis that these tasks are to be performed in a manner that delivers an amazing experience for our members and guests. This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members. Basic computer skills required. All Front Desk Associates are required to participate in general cleanliness of the club daily, as well as community outreach and marketing.
