Requirements

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/hospitality management, two to three years previous experience in a supervisory or management position in Rooms.
  • A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees of the Front Desk while ensuring guest satisfaction, particularly during guest arrival and departure.
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Front Desk to ensure that established cultural and benchmark standards are met.
  • Work closely with other departments in the Hotel to provide a seamless, luxury guest experience.
  • Long-range strategic planning for department operation.
