About The Position

By the Sea Resorts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team in Panama City Beach, FL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. You will lead and motivate the front desk team to provide outstanding customer service and maintain smooth daily operations at the reception area.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and booking systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
  • Manage and schedule front desk staff, providing training and support to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely room availability and facility upkeep.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and payments.
  • Monitor and report on front desk performance and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Implement hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of guests and staff.
