About The Position

WS Management is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead daily Front Desk operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on, hourly leadership role that works directly alongside the Front Desk team while providing structure, coaching, and consistency.This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys being on the floor, supporting guests, guiding team members in real time, and keeping operations running smoothly during busy shifts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Front Desk experience (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead peers while working the desk
  • Attention to detail and calm problem-solving style
  • Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Front Desk and Night Audit operations
  • Actively work Front Desk shifts while leading the team
  • Coach Guest Service Agents in real time
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery
  • Ensure accurate billing, reservations, anvd room assignments
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Serices
  • Support training, onboarding, and performance feedback
  • Partner with leadership to maintain morale, communication, and culture
