The Front Desk Manager will not only be our best Front Desk Representative, but will lead our Front Desk team to ensure successful completion of all tasks. Equally important is the emphasis that these tasks are to be performed in a manner that delivers an amazing experience for our members and guests. Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Current CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Desk team to ensure successful completion of all tasks.
• Deliver an amazing experience for members and guests.
• Participate in the general cleanliness of the club daily.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing activities.
