About The Position

Action Property Management, established in 1984, is the largest privately owned HOA management company in the West, serving over 300 communities with nearly 900 team members. The company is seeking a full-time Front Desk Lead to join its Perla team in Los Angeles. This role involves delivering exceptional 5-star customer service, ensuring resident satisfaction, and assisting the General Manager with staff training and supervision. The Front Desk Lead will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the front desk area, monitoring lobby activity, providing concierge services, and handling resident inquiries and parcels.

Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • A minimum of 2 years of front desk hotel experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a related luxury customer service industry
  • Polished and professional presentation and demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
  • Proactive customer service approach

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality Management college students or graduates are highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction.
  • Assist the General Manager with the training and supervision of the front desk staff and third-party vendors.
  • Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators.
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control.
  • Provide concierge services.
  • Complete Daily Activity Reports.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Receive and distribute resident parcels.
  • Address resident and guest concerns and questions.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents.
