The company is seeking a full-time Front Desk Lead to join its Perla team in Los Angeles. This role involves delivering exceptional 5-star customer service, ensuring resident satisfaction, and assisting the General Manager with staff training and supervision. The Front Desk Lead will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the front desk area, monitoring lobby activity, providing concierge services, and handling resident inquiries and parcels.
