The Front Desk Lead Clerk is responsible for running all front office reports and ensuring that all special requests are handled in advance to provide positive guest relations and Family Style Service. This role involves overseeing and participating in daily over/credit reports, rectifying discrepancies, assisting with housekeeping/front desk discrepancy reports, ensuring vacant rooms are available for resale, and managing 'walked guests' professionally. The clerk also assists with guest check-in and check-out as needed.
