About The Position

Primary Function Provide excellent customer service to our guests while working as a team player with all other Glenwood Hot Springs Resort departments. Lead by example, and work with and support the Front Desk Supervisor with both the onboarding process and training for all employees at the Lodge and Hotel 1888.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Capability to learn and follow all Front Desk policies and procedures accurately.
Positive attitude with guest satisfaction as primary goal.
Adequate computer skills to be able to learn and perform necessary department computer tasks (data entry and retrieval in hospitality system application.)
Adequate physical agility to perform the physical tasks required to operate the front desk including ability to operate a computer, type and stand for long periods of time up to several hours at a time.
Able to push, pull, carry and lift up to 30 pounds.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and follow verbal or written instructions in English.
Work hours and days must be flexible, including nights, holidays, and weekends, to meet the needs of the lodging Front Desks and Resort Call Center.
