As a Key Holder you exhibit an aptitude for managerial responsibilities. Ensure the team creates an unexpected, warm, and wonderful spa and shopping experience that exceeds our customers’ expectations and inspires them to come back often. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the front desk team need to demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized guest service to achieve all sales and guest service targets.
