Position Overview Join us in the summer of 2025 and help us continue the legacy of fostering creativity, nurturing talent, and celebrating the individual artistic journey at Interlochen. We are seeking detail-oriented and energetic Front Desk Interns who embody our core values and are committed to nurturing young artists. As a Front Desk Intern, you'll play a major role in guest assistance and hospitality, while fully immersing yourself in the unique environment that only a summer camp can offer.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of units
• Building reservations from phone, online, and in-person inquiries
• Operate PMS: InnRoad
• Cashier functions
• Guest Services (including guidance around campus)
• Lost and found assistance
• Housekeeping chores to be completed in teams on an as needed basis
• Meeting room cleaning as needed
• Golf cart assistance to guest cabins
• Completion of maintenance and transportation work orders
• Switchboard operation
• Learning opportunities with Director of Lodging, Guest Services Manager, Conference Services Manager
• Other duties as requested

• Compensation: $2,800
