Summary: Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director on all personnel matters. Assists with payroll processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests, inquiries, and questions both in person and over the phone Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests, track HR compliance items and process paperwork Submits MLB credentialing for events Assists HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager Makes photocopies, mass printing jobs, scans documents and performs other clerical functions Files/scan papers and documents into the appropriate employee files using shared drive Prepare and create new employee files Creating standard operating procedures Support with large-scale orientations Processes office mail Managing office bulletin boards Responsible for ensuring the office is clean, tidy, decorated, and stocked Track office supply inventory and submit office supply orders Support with HR employee engagement initiatives Assists all managers with misc. projects Performs other duties as assigned
